Description
Samulnori is a traditional percussion music of Korea. The word samul means “four objects” and nori means “play”. samulnori is performed with four traditional Korean musical instruments. (KKwaenggwari, Janggu, Buk, Jing) The principle of samulnori is the alteration between tension and relaxation and it is characterized by strong, accented rhythms, vibrant body movements, and an energetic spirit. By these features of samulnori, we can experience cultural essence of Korea. Let’s have a real fun of Korean.

KKwaenggwari-If you touch the KKwaenggwari shown in your iPhone, it sounds like a real sound of the KKwaenggwari. And if you touch it in putting the iPhone’s screen up, it sounds different. Janggu-There are two sides in Jannggu. The Janggu to the right is the Chae-pyeon, the Janggu to the left is Gung-pyeon. It sounds different respectively. Buk-If you touch the Buk shown in your iPhone, it sounds like a real sound of the Buk. And if you touch the edge part of the Buk, it sounds like you touch a tree. Jing-If you touch the Jing shown in your iPhone, it rings. I will update this app to develop better versions and games using Samulnori.
